Principles of propulsion devices. One-dimensional flows
in propulsion systems, combustion and equilibrium.
Examines inlets, nozzles, compressors and turbines.
Basic theory and design of turbojets, ramjets, turboprop,
turbofan, and chemical rocket engines. Evaluates propellants
and overall performance.
