BMS 495 - Capstone in Molecular Biology
Capstone in Molecular Biology Irregular. Prereq.: BMS 306 or BMS 307 or permission of the department chair. For advanced undergraduates. Introduction to the structure and function of DNA. Emphasis on approaches currently being used to analyze the expression of genes. Examination of regulated gene expression and its relationship to cellular growth and differentiation. Three hours of lecture and one three-hour laboratory per week.
