CET 243 - Analog Electronics I
Analog Electronics I Fall. Prereq.: CET 233 or CET 236 with a grade of C- or higher. Semiconductor and the p-n junction theory. Structure, parameters, performance characteristics, of diodes, bipolar and field effect transistors, operational amplifiers and special semiconductor devices. Basic circuit analysis, synthesis, and laboratory experiments; emphasize building circuits, troubleshooting, and using instruments to measure quantities, and observe phenomena. Two hours lecture and three hours laboratory per week.
