|MATH 101 - Intermediate Algebra|
Prereq.: MATH 099 (C- or higher) or placement exam.
Review and extension of elementary algebra. A study
of functions including their algebraic properties and
graphs. Quadratic equations and inequalities are solved
and graphed. Graphing calculator required. No credit
given to students with credit for MATH 115, 116 119, 123,
124, 125, 135 or 152 (formerly MATH 122).
This course may not be used to meet the General
Education requirement nor requirements for a major, a
minor, or certification in mathematics.
